Trial run to produce 24 strudels in "one sitting". Part 1.

The beginning: Friday evening 7:30 pm to 11 pm (including clean-up)
We needed some encouragement  so opened a bottle of... dark red grape juice.....Then Marilyn revealed the bushel of apples that were awaiting their fate and the new tool to skin&chop them.
After a couple of asymmetrical apples we realized this will be no use for us.
