Baking challenge #1 was to make beautiful and delicious Passover-style desserts.On the list we had brown sugar-strawberry cake, apricot-walnut pave, almond-orange cake, chocolate-walnut torte and almond-hazelnut Dacquoise plus an assortment of cookies, candies and other treats.
We had a great turnout for the tasting and also got some orders in for Passover.
